Remote Support

We are able to remotely connect to our clients to diagnose, service and repair their PC’s without the need of an onsite visit or needing the computer brought into our workshop.

To arrange a remote support session, please contact our office to book an appointment.  You will need to disable any antivirus software prior to downloading and installing our remote support tool.  If you are unsure on how to do this, our friendly staff can offer you some assistance.
